The 2024 Sardinia Grand Slam was a true celebration for kitefoiling enthusiasts. I'll continue to call it kitefoiling as we all know it, although we'll often see it as Formulakite. The crystal-clear waters of Sardinia welcomed the world's best riders, who demonstrated incredible technical prowess and speed. And the winners were... Max Maeder and Jessie Kampman!
Max Maeder, the men's kitefoil dominator 🇸🇬
Swiss Max Maeder has once again demonstrated why he's considered one of the best kitesurfers in the world. His refined technique and speed allowed him to win the Sardinia Grand Slam. Congratulations, Max!
Jessie Kampman, the queen of female kitefoil 🇫🇷
Frenchwoman Jessie Kampman dominated the women's category. Her elegant and powerful style earned her the world championship title. Congratulations, Jessie!
The podium in both the men's and women's categories was comprised of highly talented riders, demonstrating the high level of competition. Axel Mazella, Gian Stragiotti, Elena Lengwiler, and Maggie Eillen Pescetto completed the podium, demonstrating impressive technical prowess.
