Hold on tight to the bar, family, because what we saw at Red Bull Megaloop 2025 was pure madness! Big air kiteboarding has reached a new level, and the setting couldn't have been wilder: Zandvoort, Netherlands, with brutal North Sea conditions and winds that blew riders like never before.
SUELTALABARRA family! This championship isn't for everyone. It's a competition where only the bravest dare to execute the most brutal megaloops, and this edition has made history. With the innovation of using 18-meter lines, we've witnessed more aggressive and technical kiteloops than ever before. Pure fire in the sky!
The men's final was a battle of titans that left us breathless. The three finalists, true Big Air legends, faced off in a thrilling contest, where every maneuver was a challenge to the limits of possibility. You can watch this recap on the Kitecast channel.
Cohen Van Dijk opened the final with a Superman megaloop that set the bar sky-high, and Andrea Principi , despite an early setback with a fall, showed why he's a champion with a stunning comeback. But the night belonged to one rider who left everyone speechless.
Lorenzo Casati continues to contribute to the Legend!
With mastery worthy of a world champion, Lorenzo Casati dominated the podium. His inverted kiteloops and pinpoint control of the kite earned him a heart-stopping score, especially with a maneuver that bordered on perfection, with a score of 9.04.
Lorenzo himself, moved by his victory, dedicated his triumph to Graham , a figure close to his heart, and thanked the wind for the conditions that allowed him to fly so high. A gesture of sportsmanship and humility that reminds us that champions also have souls.

And on his Instagram he comments: I still can't believe it!
Since I started kiting it was one of my biggest dreams!
After the world title, this makes my year even more special! ✨️
