Kitefest Areia Branca 2023! 🏄♂️
If you're passionate about kiteboarding, you can't miss the most anticipated event of the year: Well, we always say this, but it's one of the TOP 10 kiteboarding events in Brazil, Rio Grande do Norte.
The Areia Branca Kitefest 2023! This festival brings together the best athletes of this extreme sport in a heavenly setting: Upanema Beach, on Brazil's northern coast. 🇧🇷
Kitefest 2023 is much more than a competition: it's a three-day party filled with music, fun, and adrenaline. Nearly 80 athletes have already registered for the exciting Kitefest 2023. This year, R$22,000 in prizes will be awarded to the top three competitors in the men's and women's categories across all four disciplines! It's going to be incredible!
For the Downwind, Regatta, and Foil events, champions will receive R$500, runners-up R$300, and third-place finishers R$200. In the Big Air category, champions will take home R$5,000, runners-up R$3,000, and third-place finishers R$1,000!

The 2023 edition, which includes the VI Areia Branca Kitesurfing Championship, took place from October 20 to 22 at the beautiful Praia de Upanema.

KITEFEST BIG Results
Last Sunday, the final of the Big Air event, the most spectacular and daring in kiteboarding, took place. The athletes defied gravity with impressive jumps and incredible maneuvers. The audience enjoyed an exciting show and applauded the winners.

Triple victory! 🏆 🏆🏆 I won all three events I entered and am thrilled with my performance in this competition. The wind was on my side, the conditions perfect. I'm grateful to everyone who supported me on this journey. It was my first time in this place, and I fell in love with the windy conditions. Competing far from home and reaping good rewards is an immense joy.
