Kitefest San Pere Pescador by Kiterebels

An epic event organized by the Kiterebels Club

This Saturday, the kiteboarding community of San Pere Pescador, Girona (Spain), gathered to celebrate an unprecedented event: Kitefest , organized by the Kiterebels Club . This gathering, which has already become a key date in the SUELTA LA BARRA calendar, brought together the best brands in the sector, schools, shops, and sports enthusiasts for a day full of excitement, kiters, wingfoilers, and a lot of camaraderie.

A display of industry-leading kiteboarding brands

The more than 18 stands set up at Camping Amfora , next to the beach, became an irresistible showcase for kiteboarding enthusiasts. There, we could find renowned brands such as Flysurfer, Duotone, Reading, Fone, Gastra, Axis, Sabfoil, Code foils, Foil Drive, Ozone, Sunova Surfboards, Dune Skim Wave, Brunotti, Ion, Eleveight, North , among many others that I'm sure I've missed.

An ideal space to try and discover new things

The grassy esplanade next to the stands provided the perfect setting for material testing . Just 20 meters from the beach, attendees were able to experience firsthand the latest developments in kites, boards, foils, and accessories, guided by experts from the various brands.

More than just brands: A gathering for the community

The Kitefest wasn't just limited to product displays. There was also a market where you could find clothing, sunglasses, boards, and other kiteboarding-related items.

Kai Clothes expelled recycled material from our kites in the form of beach slippers (flip-flops) and caps, a world full of color.

KOH SUNGLASSES had a display of their Windproof sunglasses in the Kiterebels tent.

In addition, schools and shops in the sector, such as KITEESCAPE, Kite Experience, Wind Paradise Shop, Kite Costa Brava and Eolis Kite , were present to offer information and advice to those interested.

A dinner to close with a flourish

To round off an unforgettable day, a dinner was organized where the entire Rebels family, along with representatives from the brands, could share experiences, laughs, and unique moments.

An event that marks a before and after

The San Pere Pescador Kitefest was a resounding success, establishing itself as a benchmark in the Spanish kiteboarding scene. The Kiterebels Club, with its tireless work and the support of the Rebels community, has managed to organize an event that will undoubtedly leave its mark and mark a turning point in the history of this exciting sport.
