Brazilian rider @jluis123jef: My first official international competition of my career! I only have words of gratitude for everyone who has supported me. It's an honor to represent Brazil, and this competition is a dream come true, full of emotions. I'm very excited for the second day of competition.
Hello everyone! I'm very happy. I'm finally home after competing in the GKA competition. It was my first international competition, and I'm very happy to have achieved this goal. I know I could have had better timing and didn't land a good trick in my first run, but the second run was much better, although it wasn't enough.
I want to especially thank Vânia and Kitesurf Connect for helping me get here. And I also want to tell you that I was the only Brazilian GKA athlete without any brand sponsorship or support. Despite that, I made it, and I want this to serve as an example to all those who don't yet have the support of a brand, but believe that one day they will. My friend, keep believing and keep dreaming, because my dreams came true.

Congratulations from Duotone:
Duotone couldn't be more proud of its riders. As the brand stated on social media: "The crew raised the bar and we couldn't be more proud of their performance." Particularly noteworthy was the performance of James Carew, who dominated the Big Air Surfboard category with his Rebel D/LAB, once again demonstrating the versatility and power of this model.
